Jeanine Kruger is a triathlon coach at One80 Endurance Club, passionate about helping athletes get fit, feel confident, and arrive on race day ready for an epic day out.
Her coaching philosophy is simple: whether you’re a beginner finding your feet or an elite athlete chasing big goals, endurance sport should be challenging, rewarding, and most of all fun.
Jeanine loves working with athletes who are in it for the long game those who value the process, build consistency, and celebrate every win along the way. For her, race day isn’t just about times and placings; it’s about crossing the finish line, hitting the red carpet, sharing a high five, and knowing you gave it everything you had.
She personally thrives in longer endurance events and understands exactly what it takes physically and mentally to arrive at the start line prepared and confident.

Mark is a co-founder and coach at ONE80 Endurance and remains an elite age-group multi-sport athlete, actively racing throughout the year alongside coaching his athletes. His continued involvement in competition allows him to stay closely connected to the demands, pressures, and realities faced by endurance athletes at every level.
Mark began his triathlon journey in 2010, drawn to the sport by the challenge of mastering multiple disciplines. As a dedicated amateur sportsman, he works hard to balance a full-time role at an investment bank, family life, and a demanding training schedule, often relying on early mornings and late nights to get the work done. This balance has shaped his coaching approach and given him a deep appreciation for the commitment required to perform while managing real-world responsibilities.
He believes the most important attributes of a successful athlete are dedication, a genuine love for the sport, and a strong, positive mindset. In a sport that tests athletes across three disciplines, Mark understands that success often requires the ability to push through discomfort and “open the hurt locker” in order to reach the finish line.
Mark travels and races internationally and brings a wealth of experience in training, travel logistics, and racing abroad to the ONE80 team.
Career highlights include:
10 × Ironman victories
10 × Ironman 70.3 victories
World Record Ironman Age Group overall time (2017)
Personal best Ironman: 8:34
Personal best Ironman 70.3: 4:06
Mark is passionate about helping athletes unlock their potential through consistency, smart training, and mental resilience — guiding them toward confident, well-prepared performances on race day.
