How Our Coaching Works
At One80 Endurance, coaching is a partnership not a once-off plan. We work with athletes who are committed to consistency, progression, and long-term development.
All coaching is offered on a minimum 6-month commitment, allowing enough time to build fitness correctly, adapt training, and achieve meaningful results without shortcuts.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN ALL ONE80 COACHING PACKAGES
- Personalised Training Programme Every athlete receives a fully customised training plan based on your goals, current fitness, experience, lifestyle, and available training time. No templates. No guesswork.
- Ongoing Coach Monitoring & Feedback Your training is monitored consistently using online platforms, allowing your coach to assess progress, load, recovery, and performance trends — and make adjustments as needed.
- Regular Communication & Support You’ll have direct access to your coach for guidance, feedback, and questions. We believe communication is key to athlete confidence and long-term success.
- Life happens and your training needs to adapt. Plans are adjusted around work, family, travel, fatigue, or setbacks to keep you moving forward safely and effectively.
- Race & Goal Planning Whether you’re targeting your first event or a key performance goal, we help plan your season, taper correctly, and prepare mentally and physically for race day.
- Athlete Education We focus on helping athletes understand why they’re training the way they are building smarter, more independent athletes over time.
